Child Visitation Services and Fees

INTAKE INTERVIEW

We conduct comprehensive intake and screening interviews to understand the nature and degree of risk for each case. The procedures for intake include separate interviews with both the custodial and non-custodial parents before the first visit. During the interview, the provider will obtain identifying information and complete a signed agreement with both parties.

OFF-SITE VISITATIONS

An off-site supervised visitation is contact between a non-custodial party and one or more children in the presence of a neutral third person at a location acceptable to the court order and both parents. Some examples of visitation locations are parks, shopping malls or libraries.

SUPERVISED EXCHANGE

A Supervised monitoring of the exchange only with the child(ren) and the custodial parent to the non-custodial parent for the purpose of a non-supervised visit with the child(ren). Precautions are taken to assure that the two parents exchanging the child(ren) do not come in contact.

TELEPHONE MONITORING

Instead of a face-to-face visitation, if allowed by the court order, the visitation can take place over the phone between the non-custodial parent and their child(ren). The Child Monitor is also on the line to make sure all of the rules and regulations are followed

REPORTS

Professional monitors must keep a record for each case, including the following: A written record of each contact and visit; who attended the visit; any failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the visitation; and any incidence of abuse as required by law.

Detailed or summary reports are available upon request from a parent, attorney or the courts.

COURT TESTIMONY

On occasion a Child Monitor will be subpoenaed to appear in court and testify about your case.  If the Monitor required to go to court, it is the parent's responsibility to pay for the associated fees.

Call for fees for each of the above services.

Fees are payable in CASH only (NO EXCEPTIONS), and are paid IN ADVANCE. No services will be performed unless the fees for those services are paid in full prior to the services being provided.

PLEASE NOTE Holiday rates have an additional fee.

Visitation monitoring fees are hourly.

Services are available by appointment 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Here are just a few of the benefits of Supervised Child Visitations:

It allows the children to maintain a relationship with both of their parents, something that is generally found to be an important factor in the positive adjustment to family dissolution.

It allows them to anticipate the visits without stress of worrying or being overwhelmed about what is going to happen and to enjoy them in a safe, comfortable environment without having to be put in the middle of their parents' conflict and problems.

For the custodial parents:

You do not have to communicate or have contact with a person with whom you are in conflict or by whom you might be frightened, intimidated, or have a restraining order against. A neutral third party, can make arrangements, therefore eliminating the contact before, during and after the visits.

You can relax and feel comfortable allowing your child to have contact with the other parent.

For the non-custodial parents:

You can be assured that your contact with your child does not have to be interrupted, regardless of any personal dilemmas you may be experiencing.

If allegations have been made against you, which are often the case when supervision is ordered, you can visit without fear of any new accusations because there is someone present who can verify, and record through notes what happened during your time with your child. When using a professional service, you can also be assured that the supervisors are neutral and objective.
